Located at 2050 Instruccion St. Corner España Boulevard, what used to be Kalbert canteen has been turned into a classy, savory restaurant and named it Carmen’s Diner. The food is surprisingly good for the price. That’s why this place is highly recommendable to employees and students alike.
I admit I am not a fan of Laing and Sisig…but these two beats others’. Compared to some I have seen and tasted, their Sisig does not need any chicharon for you to enjoy it. It’s so yummy that you will be asking for another order (Come and get it, sisig lovers!). Their Laing, on the other hand doesn’t taste like vegetable (you know what I mean?).
With over 10 dishes to choose from, each freshly prepared everyday, you will not get tired of having breakfast, lunch and dinner at Carmen’s Diner everyday. They even have short orders like Lomi, Pancit Bihon, Canton, Beef Wanton Mami, Kansi, and Silog meals.
Working late? Don’t worry, Carmen’s Diner is open 24 hours.
